How does it work?

Atolio's enterprise AI search solution integrates with all your workplace apps, indexing them into a unique index within your own environment. Our platform provides a single place for employees to find answers across different tools, ensuring none of your data leaves your environment.

How is it deployed and where is it hosted?

Atolio is deployed into your own virtual private cloud instance on AWS, Azure, or GCP - whichever cloud you prefer.

How do permissions work?

Atolio tracks individual access control lists (ACLs) at the document and system level, ensuring users only access the information they have read access to in the underlying system.

How does relevance work?

Atolio’s AI uses a combination of signals and information retrieval techniques to deliver the most relevant answers to users. This includes analyzing the organizational people graph, shared contributions, time factors, and leveraging embeddings to understand various representations of search criteria. Our search analytics help continuously improve relevance over time.

What models do you support?

Atolio clients bring their own API keys for hosted models, including Azure, Google Gemini, OpenAI, and native OpenAI. Bedrock supported models will be available in an upcoming release.

How does pricing work?

Atolio is priced per-user with volume, non-profit, and educational discounts, with no additional license costs for LLM usage, data ingest, connectors, or anything else.

How does the trial period work?

Depending on the complexity of the project, we offer a 30-60 day trial for you to experience how the product works with your own data in your own private environment.  We'll help you get up and running with our dedicated deployment team.
